What is the sizing of each product?

We aim to be as inclusive as possible. Many of our products are unisex, however some are labeled as “mens” or “womens." We encourage everyone to wear what they are comfortable in. Check the item image gallery for size charts. 

When will my order ship?

Processing & shipping time is dependent on the item(s) ordered. Estimated delivery date is provided when viewing each individual item. On average, items ship within 5-10 business days, but there are exceptions. Fulfillment delays can happen periodically and are outside of our control. During peak seasons, products are more prone to delays. Items may arrive in multiple packages.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, worldwide shipping is available.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking will be provided via email once the order ships. 

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

In some cases when more than one item is ordered, you may receive multiple tracking notifications for multiple shipments. 

Can I change my order?

You cannot change or modify an order once it is placed and confirmed. 

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are not accepted. 

Can I exchange/ return my order?

We are unable to allow returns or exchanges.

I no longer want my order, can you refund me?

Refunds are not permitted.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Email team@rewindcollective.shop ASAP with your full name, order number & photos of damaged product(s). Email must be sent within 5 business days of the package marked as “delivered.”

How do I become an ambassador?

Go to the "apply" section of our website to apply to our creator program. We are always looking at tagged content on socials to share! Please tag @rewindcollectivefashion on Instagram & TikTok for a chance to be reposted.

Who creates the designs? 

The Rewind Collective team.

Do you restock items?

There is no guarantee an item or collection will come back once it leaves the site.

Who do you donate to?

We donate 5% of profits to charities. It is our goal to destigmatize mental health while positively impacting the world. 

Our current nonprofits selected to support are NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and The Trevor Project. You can read more about these below.

How do I wash/dry my items to take care of them?

Please check the garment tag for care instructions. If there is no tag or you are unsure we suggest hand washing with cold water only and a gentle detergent. Hang drying is always the safest bet when you’re unsure.
